Our teens program is designed to teach the basics and build a foundation of strength and conditioning, all while building confidence in their movement. These core basics go a long way in helping with all sports, and our varied program makes sure to achieve a well rounded result. We offer Middle school classes with students welcome to join at any time! We pride ourselves in coaching any athlete at any skill level. These classes are great between sports seasons, or during seasons to keep your teen making progress with their strength and confidence.
