I started at TFL Crossfit in November and have been so happy there. I am also 7 months pregnant now and have worked with the coaches to modify the things I need to while still getting a great workout. The coaches work with you to get a full workout in each day and make sure you are doing everything with correct form. I was nervous to try crossfit for the first time out of pure intimidation, but have found that everyone is supportive and encouraging!
The most amazing workout I've had in my entire life. I'm 40yrs and in better shape now than I've ever been and so much stronger...thanks to TFL and their coaches. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is nothing like a normal gym where you may feel intimidated, it is the complete opposite. I think that is why I love it so much. Awesome workouts with different ages and experience. Motivating coaches who help to encourage and push you. Nice group of people to workout with who help to cheer you on. Always a way to modify an exercise. No gym can offer what crossfit can! I wish I had started this years ago! Highly recommend!
