TFL is able to provide an unmatched depth of programs compared to other facilities in Mt. Airy and surrounding communities. After completing our TFL Workshop, members have access to all of our programs beyond our daily WODs that include:
TFL Barbell Club Classes: ‘The Club’ takes power lifting and Olympic lifting to a new level. These classes will help you improve your lifting techniques which ultimately translates into increased strength and overall fitness. Club members must have a minimum of 1 year experience of Power lifting and/or Olympic lifting to be able to participate. MORE
TFL Competitions: Because we believe that fitness becomes more fun and effective with a dose of friendly competition, we organize regular competitions and events for members of all experience and ability levels. MORE
Rest-Day Social Events: Because CrossFit tends to build new friendships fast, and because we all love to eat and socialize, we also organize regular social events outside the studio, most frequently as informal dinners throughout Mt Airy, Frederick and DC. Karaoke or similarly ill-advised misadventures are of course optional!
