Happy Thursday Athletes! Thursday’s are for you!! Monday Tuesday and Wednesday were awesome butt kicking WODs that have earned you a well deserved rest day! We know everyone’s schedule is different. Whether you need to take it easy today, or your ready to go hammer time we will work with you to get you a great WOD!

Thursday Schedule:
6-8am 11am 4:30pm = Open Gym. Come in work on a skill or lift or make up one of this weeks awesome WODs.

10, 12 5:30 = WOD

6:30 BootCamp

7:30 = OLY with the one and only Coach Laura. Come fine time your Olympic lifting skills !
