TFL CROSSFIT is a real community of fitness. Our members know each other’s names, encourage each other during workouts and field trips like the Spartan Race and Tough Mudder, and even socialize outside of their workouts. We further enhance our unique fitness program by offering Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and KickFit classes. Physical conditioning doesn’t get any better than this.
The core of TFL CROSSFIT training is our Workout of the Day (WOD). We offer over thirty WOD classes per week, all led by our top coaches in a small-group setting. Daily WOD classes consist of a warm-up, some skill work, the WOD, and a cool down with mobility work. We believe training three to five WOD classes per week will get you in the best shape of your life, across all aspects of fitness, from strength, power and endurance, to flexibility, agility, balance, coordination and general well-being. WOD classes are open to all members who have successfully completed our TFL Workshop.
