The best way to get a real sense of TFL CROSSFIT is to take your first WORK SHOP class for free and with no obligation. Each of these classes includes information about our unique program as well as careful instructions on basic movements. We then use those essential guidelines for a short TFL CROSSFIT workout. Our WORK SHOP classes are held multiple times per week and are scheduled based on your availability. You simply need to call us up ahead of time to schedule. On the day of your first workshop show up 10 minutes before that class time to fill out the waivers and you will be ready to get started!
WORK SHOP Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We have built our WORK SHOP classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of the shape they’re in. We are a fun approachable team, and you will quickly feel comfortable in our facility.
