Our Oly classes take Olympic lifting to a new level. These classes will help you improve your lifting techniques which ultimately translates into increased strength and overall fitness. Classes are Thursday evenings from 7:30pm-8:30pm and Sunday Mornings from 9:00am to 10:00am
Because we believe that fitness becomes more fun and effective with a dose of friendly competition, we organize regular competitions and events for members of all experience and ability levels.
Because CrossFit tends to build new friendships fast, and because we all love to eat and socialize, we also organize regular social events outside the studio, most frequently as informal dinners throughout Mt Airy, Frederick and DC. Karaoke or similarly ill-advised misadventures are of course optional!
